Rental
Our rental administration team manages the full lifecycle of car and van sales, from initial order through to final vehicle handover to the end user. By overseeing every step of the process, the team gains a complete operational overview, enabling a highly efficient fleet service and consistently excellent customer experience.
The rental team also manages a fleet stock pool of up to 1,000 vehicles, including cars and vans, which is actively cycled on a monthly basis. This ensures we respond to current market trends, maintain optimal vehicle availability, and provide our customers with reliable access to the right vehicles at the right time.
All rental and fleet vehicle deliveries are typically completed via professional vehicle transporters, ensuring safe, secure, and timely delivery nationwide.
Corporate
We provide a fully personalised fleet support service for both Funders and Brokers. Greenhous Fleet work to help customers source the right commercial vehicle with the correct specification, ancillary fitments, and optional extras. Our experienced team is fully trained in vehicle specifications, compliance, and UK legislation, ensuring every vehicle meets operational and regulatory requirements.
We are specialists in commercial vehicles and vehicle conversions, including drop-side trucks, tipper conversions, Luton-bodied vehicles, and other bespoke or specialist vehicle solutions tailored to customer needs.
Corporate Delivery Process
Individual corporate vehicle deliveries are completed by our in-house team of professional company drivers, ensuring a consistent, personal and high-quality service. Each car or van undergoes a comprehensive pre-delivery inspection (PDI) at our dedicated depot before leaving site.
Prior to delivery, the driver will contact the customer or end user to confirm that their new vehicle is on the way. On arrival, a full and detailed vehicle handover is carried out, ensuring the end user is familiar with the vehicle and its features.
All delivery and handover information is collected digitally on the driver’s tablet at the point of delivery, uploaded instantly to our system. This allows funders and brokers to access all required documentation on the day of delivery, providing complete transparency and efficient fleet administration.
