Rental
Our rental admin team manages the full lifecycle of car and van sales, from initial order through to the final vehicle handover. The team gain a complete overview of all operations, overseeing every step of the process. This approach helps us offer a highly efficient fleet service, and excellent customer experiences.
The rental team also manages a fleet stock pool of up to 1,000 vehicles including cars and vans, cycled on a monthly basis. By doing so, we aim to keep up with current market trends, and maintain optimal vehicle availability. This helps us to provide our customers with reliable access to the right vehicles, at the right time.
Your chosen rental or fleet vehicles will be delivered by professional vehicle transporters, ensuring safe, secure, and timely delivery nationwide.
Corporate
We provide a personalised fleet support service for both Funders and Brokers. Greenhous Fleet help our customers to source the right commercial vehicles with the right specifications and optional extras. Our experienced team are trained in vehicle specifications, compliance, and UK legislation. This allows us to ensure every vehicle you receive from us meets operational and regulatory requirements.
We are specialists in commercial vehicles and vehicle conversions tailored to customer needs. This includes drop-side trucks, tipper conversions, Luton-bodied vehicles, and other bespoke or specialist vehicle solutions.
Corporate Delivery Process
Corporate vehicle deliveries are carried out by our in-house team of professional company drivers. This means we can ensure a consistent, personal and high-quality service on every delivery. Before leaving our site, each car or van undergoes a comprehensive pre-delivery inspection (PDI) at our dedicated depot.
Ahead of delivery, the driver will contact the customer or end user to confirm that their new vehicle is on the way. On arrival, a full and detailed vehicle handover is carried out, to make sure the end user is familiar with the vehicle and its features.
All delivery and handover information is collected on the driver’s tablet at the point of delivery, and uploaded to our system. This makes it easier for funders and brokers to access all required documentation straight away, providing complete transparency and efficient fleet administration.
