Rental
Our rental admin team manages the full lifecycle of car and van sales, from initial order through to the final vehicle handover. The team have a complete overview of all fleet operations, overseeing every step of the process. This approach helps us offer a highly efficient service, and excellent customer experiences.
The rental team also manages a stock pool of up to 1,000 vehicles, including cars and vans, cycled on a monthly basis. By doing so, we aim to keep up with current market trends and maintain optimal fleet vehicle availability. This helps us to provide our customers with reliable access to the right vehicles, at the right time.
Your chosen rental or fleet vehicles will be delivered by professional vehicle transporters. By doing so we ensure safe, secure, and timely delivery nationwide.
Corporate
We provide a personalised fleet support service for both Funders and Brokers. Greenhous Fleet helps our customers to source the right vehicles with the right specifications and we are also able to add any optional extras. Our experienced team are trained in vehicle specifications, compliance, and UK legislation. This allows us to ensure every fleet vehicle you receive from us meets operational and regulatory requirements.
We are specialists in commercial vehicle sales and vehicle conversions tailored to customer needs. This includes drop-side trucks, tipper conversions, Luton-bodied vehicles, and other bespoke or specialist fleet vehicle solutions.
Corporate Delivery Process
Corporate vehicle deliveries are carried out by our in-house team of professional drivers. This means we can ensure a consistent, personal and high-quality service on every delivery. Before leaving our site, each car or van undergoes a comprehensive pre-delivery inspection (PDI). This takes place at our dedicated depots.
Ahead of delivery, the driver will contact the customer or end user to confirm that their new fleet vehicle is on the way. On arrival, a full and detailed vehicle handover is carried out, making sure the end user is familiar with the vehicle and its features.
All delivery and handover information is collected on the driver’s tablet at the point of delivery, and uploaded to our system. This makes it easier for funders and brokers to access all required documentation straight away. It also helps us to continue providing complete transparency and efficient fleet management.
